Monterrey III is a picturesque typical Canarian house that is part of an old agricultural hacienda in the area, completely renovated that offers a cozy and comfortable stay. It has a beautiful garden with spectacular views of the sea where you can enjoy charming sunsets. The house is near the main road in a rural area of the municipality of Villa de Mazo located in the eastern part of the island about 500 meters above sea level that offers its picturesque town with all the services and a varied commercial area. . It is only 7 km from the airport.
Monterrey III offers you landscapes where nature wonderfully shows off the green of its vegetation and the color of its fruits and flowers as if straight out of a fairy tale.
In the area you can visit the Belmaco Archaeological Park, where some of the main archaeological sites on the island are treasured, and they offer guided tours to the cave where you will observe in situ the petroglyphs from the pre-Hispanic era when we were inhabited by the Benahorita people (people aboriginal of the island).
The Casa Roja Museum is among the sites of tourist interest in the vicinity of the Monterrey I Vacation Home, it is an imposing building in the best Neoclassical Palace style of the 19th century. On this walk you will not only enjoy an extraordinary piece of architecture but also the Embroidery Museum that is located in its lower part where it compiles a collection of embroidery and openwork that are pure artisanal filigree and as if that were not enough the Red House Museum as well. It houses the Corpus Christi Dissemination Center, with all the details about its Festival, without a doubt the largest cultural manifestation of the Villa de Mazo municipality, declared a festival of National Tourist Interest.
